Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Fix Health, we strive to provide exceptional service and support to our clients. We understand that circumstances may arise that require the cancellation of scheduled sessions, and we aim to accommodate such situations while ensuring fairness to both our clients and our practitioners. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancelling sessions and seeking refunds.

1. Cancellation of Sessions

1.1. Clients may cancel scheduled sessions by providing notice to Fix Health via email, phone call, or through our online booking system. We encourage clients to provide as much advance notice as possible to allow for proper rescheduling or adjustment of appointments.

1.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee, equivalent to the cost of the session. However, we understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Fix Health.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. Refunds are provided for cancelled sessions based on the following guidelines:

   a. If a client cancels a session and has unused sessions remaining in their package, Fix Health will refund 90% of the cost of the cancelled session.   

   b. The remaining 10% of the session cost will be retained by Fix Health for tax purposes.

2.2. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation and will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon by Fix Health and the patient.

2.3. Refunds are calculated based on the total number of cancelled sessions and the remaining balance in the patient's package.

2.4. Refunds will not be provided for sessions that have already been conducted, regardless of whether the patient attended the session or not.

3. Example Scenario

For example, if a client books a package of 20 sessions with Fix Health and completes 13 sessions before deciding to cancel the remaining sessions:   

   a. The patient cancels 7 sessions.

   b. Fix Health deducts 10% of the total cost of the 7 cancelled sessions for tax purposes.   

   c. Fix Health refunds 90% of the remaining cost of the 7 cancelled sessions to the patient.

4. Exceptions

4.1. In cases where a patient is unable to continue sessions due to medical reasons or other extenuating circumstances, Fix Health may consider alternative arrangements or exceptions to the refund policy. Patients are encouraged to contact Fix Health directly to discuss their situation and explore potential options.
