WHAT IS THE AUTOSHIP ADVANTAGE PROGRAM?
Your order is shipped to you every month (4 weeks). Your credit card is charged automatically and you have to do nothing each month.

HOW DO I BECOME AN AUTOSHIP ADVANTAGE CUSTOMER?
When you order any item from the shopping cart marked " $ave up to 30% with Autoship", you will be placed on Autoship for that item. You may set up an Autoship shipment on any single product or combination of products. It's your choice!

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BECOME AN AUTOSHIP ADVANTAGE CUSTOMER?
Nothing whatsoever!

HOW DO I CHANGE MY MONTHLY AUTOSHIP BACKUP ORDER TO CONTAIN NEW OR DIFFERENT PRODUCTS?
To change your Autoship monthly order to contain other items, new items, or totally different items, simply call FreeLife™ Customer Service toll free at (1-800-882-7240 Monday through Friday 9:00 AM ET to 9:00 PM ET) 5 days before your next 4 week Autoship cycle, and change your Autoship order.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY AUTOSHIP ORDER?
To cancel your Advantage Order, simply submit your request in writing to FreeLife™. This request can only be faxed to (203) 882-7255 or mailed to P.O. Box 5400 Milford, CT 06460. You must include your Advantage Customer Number (which you will receive with your first order invoice).

If you just want to skip receiving an order one month, you can simply call the FreeLife™ customer service line (1-800-882-7240 Monday through Friday 9:00 AM ET to 9:00 PM ET) and verbally request that they skip your autoship for that month. Whether you are canceling or skipping a month, the requests must be received by 5 days before your autoship due date.
