Returns by Customers
FreeLife offers Customers a 90-day money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, a Customer is dissatisfied with any FreeLife product, he or she may return that product to the Company within 90 days of receipt of your order for a replacement, exchange or full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling). We will be happy to refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
Returns of Advantage Customer Program Orders
An Autoship Advantage Customer Program order that is refused will cancel that Distributor from the Autoship Advantage Customer Program. Advantage Customer orders must be cancelled in writing. Please enclose cancellation request with your return.
Returns of Partial Kits, Cases and Special Promotions
A partial return of a Kit, Case and/or Special Promotion will be prorated and adjusted accordingly in the refund.
Returns After 90 Days – Inventory Returns
All returns and exchanges after 90 days of receipt of your order will be subject to a 10% administrative/restocking fee. All returns must be unopened and in reusable, resalable condition.
Return Procedures
FreeLife requires authorization of returns before they are shipped to the company. Customers may obtain the Return Authorization Number (RA) from the Customer Service Department at 203-882-7252 or e-mail us the return information listed below and we will e-mail you a Return Authorization number.
Returns must be sent to FreeLife within five days of receiving the RA number. Proper shipping carton(s) and packing materials are to be used in packing the product(s) being returned for replacement, and the best and most economical means of shipping is suggested. All returns must be shipped to FreeLife shipping pre-paid. Tracing shipments and risk of loss are the customer’s responsibility.
The return must be accompanied by:
1. The RA number clearly written on the outside of the box.
2. A copy of the invoice/packslip and reason for the return.
3. The unused portion of the product in its original container or original empty container.
4. A copy of the retail receipt form (if applicable).
